Returns must be in unused and in the original packaging complete with the guarantee.

Alternatively, you can return the product direct to the manufacturer along with the valid guarantee card.

Returns are at your own expense and we reserve the right to reclaim our original outgoing postal charges which are currently £4.00 – the cost will be deducted from the original sale price for the refund. 

Returns must be made within 30 days after the day you receive your product and you are advised to use a secure postal method.
