Returns
Should you have any problems with a product we have sold to you, you can either:
Return the product to us at Time-Piece Watch Repairs Ltd., 5 The Grand Arcade, Wigan, WN1 1BH.
OR
Return the product direct to the manufacturer with the valid guarantee card – this may prove a little quicker.
Should you have an item you are not happy with, but is not faulty, then please return the unused item
(at your own expense) with it’s original packaging and guarantee, in a fully re-saleable condition to
Time-Piece Watch Repairs Ltd., 5 The Grand Arcade, Wigan, WN1 1BH.
You may use this option upto 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the product.
We reserve the right to reclaim our original outgoing postal charges /cost - currently these are £4.00.
This cost will be deducted from the original sale price for the refund.
You are advised to use a secure and appropriate method of Postage.
