Return the product direct to the manufacturer with the valid guarantee card – this may prove a little quicker.
Should you have an item you are not happy with, but is not faulty, then please return the unused item (at your own expense) with it’s original packaging and guarantee, in a fully re-saleable condition to Time-Piece Watch Repairs Ltd., 5 The Grand Arcade, Wigan, WN1 1BH.
You may use this option upto 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the product.
We reserve the right to reclaim our original outgoing postal charges /cost - currently these are £4.00.
This cost will be deducted from the original sale price for the refund.

All our products are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This service is completely free on all UK orders.
From time to time, our e-commerce stock may fall low, if this happens we will endeavour to send the product from one of our 'bricks and mortar' sites. On this occasion your receipt will follow under separate cover.
If a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is lost in transit then we have to wait for confirmation from Royal Mail. Once this has been received then a replacement produc will be re-sent.
